Los Angeles home sellers gave concessions to buyers, such as money for repairs and mortgage-rate buydowns, in 53.2% of home sales in the fourth quarter of 2022.
In the fourth quarter of 2021, 46% of LA home sellers gave concessions to buyers. That's a year-over-year change of 7.2 percentage points.
