Title: Real Estate Agent Assistant/Project Manager

Our family owned real estate business is growing and we are expanding our support team. We are looking for someone who is ready to support our lead agent with his social media accounts (20K followers on Instagram - @DanielLosAngeles), manage his Customer Relationship Management systems, and help with a variety of projects that will generate client leads and grow the company even further. Job Summary: 

  • Manage administrative functions in Real Estate office

  • Support Real Estate Agent with various in-house projects and occasional errands

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage daily social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

  • Maintain various Customer Relationship Management systems (Top Producer, LionDesk)

  • Manage email marketing efforts using established processes

  • Assist with film production for property marketing videos and social media posts

  • Design and manage distribution of hard-copy mailing campaigns (flyers, letters, postcards)

  • Track projects using Google Sheets (marketing, homes sold statistics, expenses, etc.)

  • Research projects online or via phone as needed

  • Liaise with outside clients/potential clients/vendors as needed

  • Assist at Open Houses (put out street signs, greet guests)

  • Schedule various appointments with clients and vendors (inspections, walkthroughs, etc.)

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant

  • Prior Real Estate knowledge

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular)

  • Proficiency in G Suite (Email, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Working knowledge of MLS online system a plus, though not required


Requirements:

  • Must have related past experience

  • Desktop or Laptop (Mac preferred)

  • Mobile phone

  • Driver License and Vehicle

  • High School Diploma; some college experience preferred

  • Must be willing to work in our Burbank, CA office
